Steller 3D Work

Products and field parts designed in Fusion 360 and printed in-house in Fort Collins. Many are built from a script, so a new logo or size is a quick change, not a redesign.

White TPU bubble level with the Steller 3D logo and a QR code CAD render

TPU Bubble Levels

Flexible, tough, built around a real vial

A rugged bubble level printed in flexible TPU around a real bubble vial, with your logo and a scannable QR code on the face.

Built for: field crews, contractors, and trade shows

Teal articulated trout keychain: top with the Steller 3D bird logo and pink spine, back with a QR code CAD render

Flexi Trout Keychain

Print-in-place joints, straight off the printer

An articulated trout that wiggles right off the printer, with your logo on top and a scannable QR code underneath.

Built for: water districts, parks, fishing, and outdoor events

3D printed swing sampler head with a threaded pole mount and a probe channel CAD render

Swing Sampler Probe Mount

Live readings at the sampling point

A printed swing-sampler head with a custom mount for a pH or dissolved-oxygen probe, so you get a real-time reading at the same spot you collect the grab sample.

Built for: water utilities, consultants, and monitoring crews

White 3D printed radiation shield: solid cap on top, stacked louvers, and a pipe-mount arm underneath CAD render

Radiation Shield

All-plastic, mounts on a 1-inch pipe

A louvered shield that keeps a temperature and humidity sensor out of direct sun while air flows through. Built for an SHT31 sensor, with a 1-inch pipe mount.

Built for: weather and environmental monitoring, ag-tech, and research

Spinner coins: one with the Steller 3D logo, one with a QR code, and seven edge styles CAD render

QR Spinner Coins

A top seller, in seven edge styles

Print-in-place spinner coins with your logo on one side and a scannable QR code on the other. Pick an edge style; one Fusion 360 script builds it.

About Manny

  • M.S., Soil & Crop Sciences
  • FAA Part 107 remote pilot

I'm Manny Deleon, founder of Steller 3D. My day job is designing and building field equipment for agricultural water quality research, where printed parts have to survive sun, water, and real use. That work taught me what makes a 3D setup actually useful: the right equipment, solid CAD skills, and people who know how to run it.

Steller 3D brings that same practical approach to your organization. I've been modeling in Fusion 360 for more than five years and currently take on CAD modeling jobs for clients. I reverse-engineer parts from caliper measurements and 3D scans, and print in engineering materials like ASA, PETG, TPU, and nylon. Then I make sure your team can do it too.
