          Siggraph convention was just as wonderful as ever despite the obvious decline in interest in 3D VR web based technologies. There were no new technologies there that I found and an absence of many of those in the past. Adobe Atmosphere was present premiering its new version said to be released in another 2 weeks (more on Atmo on the pics page). The conference looked well attended and hosted a very nice industry wide animation/3D/web courses, visuals and panels.

In the art gallery of Siggraph there were several darken booths that you could step into and interact with the graphics. This one was AMAZING.
